Visit BPRDance.org for more information.What to Bring: Dress Code: Please wear form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for full range of motion (e.g. tank top and shorts/leggings, leotard and tights). Long hair should be worn off the face and neck (in a ponytail or bun, for example). This class can be taken in dance shoes, such as ballet or jazz shoes, or with bare feet (be careful with socks because they tend to be slippery).
