Sans Souci: Dance Film Screening, Discussion, and Optional Dance Class
Sans Souci hosts screenings of short dance films, followed by facilitated discussion and optional dance class. No dance experience required, modifications provided for physical limitations, and observation is welcome.
Film: This Is It – 8 Dance Portraits, 2024 / Ireland / 50 mins: Produced by Little Fountain Productions. A series of short films focused on women in dance in Ireland, revealing unspoken values and creating a unique archive of untold stories.
Instructor: Peg Posnick, MFA, focusing on improvisation, intention, and creativity.

To participate in our programs, registration is required, except for drop-in fitness and resource programs.
