Description

Meet with Ryan Kohler, our resident sports performance coach, for 60 minutes for your VO2 Max test and consultation. Ryan will then meet with you for four 50- minute personalized fitness coaching sessions VO2 Max, or maximal oxygen consumption, is the maximum amount of oxygen a person can use during intense exercise. It's a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance. The VO2 Max test involves exercising on a treadmill or bike while increasing the intensity every few minutes until exhaustion. The higher VO2 Max means your body is better at taking oxygen from the air and delivering it to your muscles. This allows you to produce more energy and perform more work.
