About this event
Description
Specifically designed for women of all ages, this class helps you find strength in numbers through progressive, whole-body strength training. These classes focus on building and maintaining muscle, improving bone density, enhancing balance, reducing back pain, and boosting metabolism.
Previous experience in the weight room is recommended.
