About this event
Description
A full-body circuit of 8–10 strength and cardio exercises, repeated 2–3 times.This efficient workout targets multiple muscle groups without burnout. By rotating from one exercise to another, each muscle group gets active recovery while others are challenged—keeping the body moving, the heart rate up, and energy strong throughout.
