Description
Refine your boxing skills with this high-intensity class designed for experienced participants. Focus on advanced techniques, footwork, defensive strategies, and power combinations to enhance speed, strength, and endurance. Expect a fast-paced, technique-driven session that pushes both mind and body. Bring your own hand wraps and a full water bottle.
Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome! Payment by cash or credit card on file.Drop-in fee: $20
