Have you ever wondered what a true serving size looks like for you? Do you really know how to read and understand food labels? Do you know where to get locally grown food? Did you know that there are certain foods that are better for you if you have Parkinson's, Alzhemiers, or dementia? We will be looking at and discussing these different “diets” and how they might affect you? Do you know how to find the right one for you? Everybody is different so you need to find out.
