Participating in Woods Walk and looking for company on our longest leg? We've got you covered! Let’s team up to conquer the 3-mile route on the Kankakee Sands Trail as we travel through the preserve as a group and take in the sights and sounds of fall in the savanna and wetland habitat. The entirety of the program is outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable hiking shoes. The trail is crushed limestone.
