Want to get in the pool but never learned how to swim? Looking to mix up your work out but need to learn proper stroke technique? This adult swim lesson is for you.
Adults 18 and up will work with an instructor to learn basic swimming techniques and water safety. Offered once a month on the first Thursday of every month. Registration is required and space is limited so sign up today!
