About this event
Our Womens’ Class is for adults ages 18+ looking for fitness program in a social environment. Participants take part in various fitness activities throughout the year and many gather after (and outside of) class to socialize. Class will feature but not be limited to: Aerobics; Recreational Volleyball and games; Calisthenics; Performance routine with dance/marching elements. (Optional: Beginner to intermediate level gymnastics)
