This purchase covers registration for a one- or two-semester online course through Edmentum, our trusted educational partner. Each semester is worth 0.5 credit. Students will be assigned a certified Edmentum instructor who manages all instruction, grading, and communication. Final grades will appear on the Brook Hill transcript as transfer credit and will not factor into GPA. A minimum final grade of 70 is required for Brook Hill to award credit. Please note: Payment does not equal automatic enrollment. Once registration is received, Brook Hill will process the payment, create the student’s Edmentum profile (if one does not already exist), and then complete course enrollment. Families will receive an email directly from Edmentum with next steps once the profile has been created. Please note that while Brook Hill facilitates enrollment and can track overall progress, this course is completely independent from Brook Hill classes. Students are responsible for managing their own time, and we are not able to monitor their work during the day. We can unlock the final exam when the student is ready and provide some basic guidance on how to navigate the platform, but everything needed is also included in the welcome email and introduction module once the course begins.
