As the holiday season approaches and nights get darker, it’s smart to be prepared. This women’s self-defense course (8th grade and up) with a female Freedom Defense Training instructor teaches simple, effective techniques and situational awareness designed to prevent harm and enable quick escapes from threats. The class is hands-on, supportive, and accessible to beginners — our goal is to equip members of our community with the skills and confidence to be hard targets.
