This class will introduce most of the ways to create egg dishes: hard boiled, soft boiled, over easy, over hard, scrambled, egg salad, omelets and frittatas. There will be a cooking demonstration for each style of egg dish plus a chance to sample the egg dishes. Material fee of $5 paid directly to instructor. About Jeffrey Carpenter: Jeffrey has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
