This class will introduce fast, simple dinners prepared on a sheet pan and baked in your oven. Great for those busy school nights!!! This will be a hands-on class and participants will get to sample the dinners. Please bring a Tupperware dish just in case there are leftovers!!!! Each participant will receive an electronic copy of the cookbook that accompanies this class. A materials fee of $10 is paid directly to the instructor the night of class. About Jeffrey Carpenter: Jeffrey has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences.
