This 1-hour class welcomes all fitness levels and Prior Dance experience is NOT required. The idea is to follow along and have so much FUN you don’t realize you are getting a great workout. We dance to both Popular and Latin music using basic Zumba Rhythms: Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cumbia. Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring water. Best part is there are no wrong moves it’s all about moving. About Maureen: Maureen became certified to teach Zumba in Miami, FL in February 2024. She attended her first Zumba class in 2017 and fell in love. She decided she really wanted to share Zumba with others. She has been teaching classes at St. Joseph’s College and for the town of Standish. She loves teaching lower impact Zumba which provides a great workout and calorie burn but will also show some higher impact moves.
