Description
The Dementia Caregiver Group is intended to support family and loved ones who are caring for a person with dementia. The group covers a variety of topics facilitated by our Mental Health Services team including navigating the changed relationships, self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness in caregiving, coping strategies, and more. The group will run alongside the dementia wellness program to make it convenient for participants to attend.
Interested participants need to talk with the facilitator prior to registration ensure the group is a good fit for their needs.
