Prerequisites
  • This program is tailored for women of any fitness level
  • A PAR-Q+ (medical intake form) is required for all participants before attending
What to Bring
  • A water bottle
  • Athletic clothing and footwear (something you can move in!)

Training Overview
This 8-week (15 session) program is designed to equip you with essential knowledge and skills for a successful weight training journey and to foster a sense of belonging and community for those embarking on their upcoming school year.
Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to refine your techniques, our focus is on foundational principles that ensure safe, effective, and informed exercise practices.
