Prerequisites
  • This program is tailored for intermediate to advanced lifters who wish to learn Olympic Lifting
  • A PAR-Q+ (medical intake form) is required for all participants before attending.

What to Bring
  • A water bottle
  • Athletic clothing and footwear (something you can move in!)

Training Overview
Unlock your strength and master the art of Olympic Lifting in our Learn to Olympic Lift class! Whether you're new to weightlifting or looking to refine your technique, this class will guide you through the fundamentals of snatch, clean, and jerk. With personalized coaching and a focus on form, you'll build power, mobility, and confidence with each lift. Come get stronger, safer, and more skilled while learning from an instructor who will help you progress at your own pace.What You Get
