Optional activities include a hands-on classroom session, primitive camping, guided hikes to waterfalls, and a property driving tour. Families, students, and nature-lovers welcome! ✨ Highlights • Stargazing with multiple telescopes under dark skies • Optional Classroom Session: Make Your Own Planisphere (sponsored by SpaceTrek, RSVP required, limited space) • Primitive camping: limit 15 families (extra cost) • Guided hikes: waterfalls on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning (free) 📅 Schedule Saturday, September 27 - 1:00 p.m. – Campers may arrive - 4:00–6:00 p.m. – General check-in & registration - 4:30 p.m. – Guided hike to waterfall (1–1.5 hrs) - 5:00–6:00 p.m. – Overflow Planisphere class (RSVP required, space limited) - 6:15–7:15 p.m. – Main Planisphere class (RSVP required, space limited) - 7:30 p.m. – Move to stargazing site - 7:45–9:00 p.m. – Guided stargazing (telescopes remain available later if skies are clear) Sunday, September 28 - 9:00 a.m. – Optional hike to upper waterfalls - 10:00 a.m. – Optional driving tour of property - 11:30 a.m. – Second hike option
