It can eat away at our health and well-being, but the good news is that a few rounds of mindful breathing can help you hit the reset button. In this workshop, you'll identify your stress triggers, practice different breathing techniques, and create a plan that can transform the way you respond to stress. We’ll close with a nourishing guided meditation.
