Your membership card is required for all visits. Cards may be obtained at CECS during regular office hours and include a photo ID. Reproduction of lost membership cards will result in a duplication fee. This membership is for Cape Elizabeth Fitness Center use only. It is effective on the day you purchase through 30 days.
