Description
Junior Park Ranger Day is an annual event dedicated to help kids complete their Junior Ranger Adventure Guides and be sworn in all in one day! This will be a hands on learning experience with the Carson City Park Rangers!
Kids (and adults if desired) of all ages will receive a FREE Carson City Jr. Ranger Adventure Gudie that will be used on their adventures throughout the day. Park Rangers will also be leading 3 different guided hikes. Once their requirements in the guide are completed, they will receive an official patch and be sworn in as a Carson City Junior Ranger!

Need to Know:-Online registration required-Dress appropriate for the weather -Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult - Dogs are allowed on a 6-foot leash- If you or a family member needs it, we have one Grit Freedom all-terrain wheelchair available. If you'd like to request to use the wheelchair during our program, email parkrangers@carson.org. This request is on a first come first serve basis.
