Join qualified instructor Shawna Michaels in exploring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in this week of 90 minute wellness classes. Open to students in grade 3-6 in the 2025-2026 academic year. For students outside these grades who are interested, please email debs.wilkinson@chagrinschools.org Course Overview: Day 1: Introduction to Wellness and Self-Discovery Day 2: Exploring Emotions Through Movement Day 3: Building Focus and Resilience Day 4: Cultivating Kindness and Connection Day 5: Celebration of Wellness What to know: Students should bring a towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. They’re welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they prefer, but mats will be available for anyone who needs one.
