Get ready to break a sweat. Each week you'll jump into exciting workouts mixed with nutrition concepts and fun. Over the course of the session, you'll begin to build strength, endurance, coordination, friendships and make a healthy snacks. This program is for individuals with disabilities. The fee for this program is being paid for by RAD.
