Looking to refine your swim technique, build endurance, or prepare for a triathlon? The Adult Stroke Clinic is designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but want to improve their efficiency, endurance, and overall performance. Our experienced instructors will provide personalized feedback to help perfect stroke technique, increase distance, and enhance speed. Whether you're training for a race or simply looking for a structured swim workout, this class will help you reach your goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Enrollees are only allowed to enroll in one class per session.
