This four-part series invites you to explore the powerful archetypes of the yogic Goodness and uncover the qualities that reside within you. Each session weaves together storytelling, meditations , and journaling. Please bring a yoga mat, a notebook and pen for journaling. A sitting pillow and blanket are optional for added comfort.
