60 minutes of non impact exercises blending techniques from Yoga, Pilates & Barre. Drop-ins available at $13/class. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.
Class may be enhanced using provided equipment including light weights, TheraBands, Pilates balls, and gliders. Modifications will be offered to support varying needs to the best of our abilities.
