Gold luster is an overglaze decoration applied on top of a fully fired, glazed ceramic piece. The piece can be low to high fired clay. This process requires a third firing that sets the luster on top of the glaze adding sophistication and grace to your artfully design pieces. In this seminar, you will be applying gold or white gold luster to your glazed pieces with instruction and demonstrations. All decoration will take place outside. Gold luster and paint brushes and gloves will be provided. Please bring no more than 5 glazed pieces. Size limit: no larger than 8x8 inches. Instructor: Angela Humes
