Description

This class takes you through Hawaii for an authentic taste of Oahu. In Waipahu, the favorites like lechon and pork adobo fried rice. In Kailua, classics like red curry fish and the super flavorful Mandarin duck confit. And on the windward side of the island, in Kaneohe, there is pan-fried ono and signature ahi cakes. Please bring an apron and a to-go container. All must stay after class to clean up.

Everyone must clean up after class.
