Description

This class will be discussing ways to upkeep your garden over the winter: Cleaning (or not cleaning) your garden plots, using cover crops and planting winter vegetables. We will be talking about different types of cover plants and munches that can be used, and what vegetables that can be planted for harvest over the winter.
