DESCRIPTION

ALS, known as the Advanced Leadership Seminar, attracts Maryland ́s best and brightest young leaders interested in building upon their previous leadership experience. ALS challenges delegates to re-examine themselves as individuals and leaders through innovative workshops crafted according to their unique needs, individual goal setting and a culminating project focused on real-world application of leadership skills. Delegates will participate in workshops unlike any typical classroom experience and have a chance to build lasting relationships with fellow enthusiastic high school students and extensively trained staff members alike.

ELIGIBILITY

For students entering Grades 10-12 in Fall 2025.
