Description

Infant massage has been known to help baby improve their sleepallowing them to sleep deeper and for longer periods of time. It also has been known to help baby’s healthy development of mind, body and spirt. Additionally, this natural touch is rewarding and helps enhance bonding between baby and caregiver.
In this four week class, families will learn how to mass their infant using a sequence of massage strokes to help baby reduce their stress, increase their alertness and provide them with additional comfort. Classes will also consist of relaxation techniques for caregiver and provide caregivers with interactive massage stories to enjoy with their infant.
