Learn the cool surface design technique of "Sgraffito" where you scratch into the top layer of colored slip to reveal the white clay underneath creating a high contrast design. Includes a 12” professionally hand-thrown plate ready to go with Dodger blue slip inside that you will carve or add color for your custom Dodger design. Please come with a design in mind, as well as printouts of whatever logos or symbols you want to include. We will guide and instruct you with best practices and techniques that will make your platter look professional. When completed, you will leave it with us to fire and glaze, picking up in 2-3 weeks. This is a great family activity and is not very messy! **We cannot accomodate drop-ins for this event as each plate is handmade days before.**
