**You must have prior experience to sign up for this class. There is an assumption that you need minimal guidance and will be self-driven to complete projects that YOU want to do and are determined by the instructor to be appropriate undertakings.** This Independent Study class is for those who have a vision for what they want to come in and construct with guidance from award-winning instructor Joshua Freeman. Bring a sketchbook with your ideas and he will advise you on the best approach and assist as-needed. No electric wheel access during this time but you may use the kick wheels on the patio if needed. Due to the thickness of the projects and to prevent damage, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to fire your piece(s). 25lbs of clay is included, shop glazes, and an allotment of 2 cubic feet of kiln space is included in the price. Communal tools will be provided, however you are welcome to bring your own pottery tools if you have some (Wild Clay will not be responsible for lost or broken tools). No outside clay permitted.
