Description

This is a combination class that will host teens (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+) during the class session. This class is offered for women that are looking to get in shape with useful movements that build confidence and endurance. Students will be learning footwork, leg strengthening, and eye-hand coordination with a punching bag. There is a $40 glove and wrap fee due at the first class meeting. Students should bring a water bottle.
