Description
Students will learn the fundamentals of several styles of martial arts. Precision, effective striking, takedowns, submissions will be taught in this class. There is a $50 uniform fee due to instructor at the first class meeting. Students should bring a water bottle. This is a combination class that will host teens (ages 15-17) and adults (ages 18+) during the class session.Activity Secondary Category
