Description

This yoga class focuses on the needs of those who need more time and effort to maintain a healthy and flexible body. All levels are welcome. Instructor: Maiedell Rose. Pre-registration is required.

Participants must bring their own yoga equipment (mat, blocks, and straps). Limited yoga equipment may be provided by the instructor on a first come, first-served basis.
*Participants will be unenrolled from the activity, after two consecutive absences. Individuals will have to re-register for the activity, if they would like to rejoin the activity, if space is available.
