Whether you are hosting your first Thanksgiving or looking to simplify your traditions, this class gives you the skills and confidence to pull it off with ease. Come ready to cook, taste, and leave with a full menu and a head start on your holiday planning! Our appetizer is a golden bag stuffed with turkey, mint, basil, chestnuts and green onions served with a satay peanut sauce. Dinner is a Turkey Kofta Makhani. These delicate Turkey dumplings simmered in a butter and cream flavored Makhani sauce are served with garlic and chili rice. Dessert is a matcha tiramisu with matcha tea powder, mascarpone, and green cardamom. Vegetarian options are available upon request. You may purchase a pre-measured organic Tandoori marinade and spice kit that includes turmeric, coriander, chili powder, cumin, whole garam masala, garam masala powder, and saffron for an additional fee. This class is part hands-on, part demo.
