Description

Senior Wellness Friday's will incorporate wellness based lessons and activities every Friday alternating between nutrition, fitness, walks/hikes, and meditation/stretching. This program is funded by Transformative Climate Communities grant (TCC grant) and available to senior Coachella residents.
