Students work on preparing ingredients, nutrition, measurement, procedure, and more. The kids love eating what they create and trying new dishes from around the world. They will roll out sushi, use decorating techniques to create masterpieces, and learn the difference between dice and julienne. The key is for them to enjoy food and have fun.
