Description
A low-impact, full-body workout designed specifically for older adults. This class combines light strength training with heart-healthy cardio exercises to improve muscular endurance, balance, and overall cardiovascular health. Movements are joint-friendly and easily modified to suit all fitness levels. Whether seated or standing, participants will build strength, boost energy, and enhance mobility—all in a fun, social, and supportive environment. Resistance bands will be provided. If you’d like to use 1–5 lb weights, feel free to bring your own!
