Description

Are you an active 50+ individual? Then this is a class designed for you! Strengthen your muscles and improve your endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, and mobility. This class works on all the things that help keep you active and strong; plus a lot of laughs along the way! All equipment is provided. No class 10/6, 10/8, 11/26.
