Description
Learn the basics of birding and bird identification on an interactive walk with the resident bird expert! See familiar avian faces, learn to distinguish common bird calls, and maybe see an unusual bird passing through Maryland. All experience levels welcome! Please note, there is a special program reserved for adults 16+ yrs only (May 24) and a special program reserved for deaf and hard of hearing individuals where an ASL interpreter will be present and the Ranger will be prepared with visual aids (May 31). This is a free activity, but registration is strongly encouraged as programs may fill to capacity or be cancelled. All children must be accompanied by an adult. You will receive an email closer to the event date with all the details.
