Description
Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system developed by Dr. Andreo Spino and is backed by scientific research that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion as well as greatly improves joint health and physical longevity.
Class will use a chair & other possible bases of support.
