Kinstretch Mobility Class
Looking to improve joint mobility, flexibility, and long term joint health? Join us for a break new class named Kinstretch. You will learn how to create more usable, functional movement, build joint resiliency, and reduce the risk of injury.
Guided mobility exercises, joint specific strength training, focused breath work with body control, and education on how to move with intention.
No experience necessary. Movements may be done seated and/or standing with modifications.
Instructor: Pat Forester, Certified Kinstretch Specialist
When: Wednesdays 12pm, Start Date October 1st
