Join Robinson Nature Center for the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz!
Get ready for a fun and educational outdoor adventure on Sunday, September 28 at 9:30 a.m. during the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz at Robinson Nature Center! This nationwide event is a great way to explore nature, contribute to real scientific research, and learn about the vital role pollinators play in our environment.
We'll kick things off with a brief introduction from our knowledgeable staff, then head out into the field to photograph as many plants and pollinators as we can find. No special skills or experience are needed—just bring your curiosity and a smartphone!
This event is part of a nationwide effort led by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), with park and recreation agencies across the country hosting BioBlitzes throughout the month. Anyone under 16 must be registered with an adult. Volunteers should be signing up on Better Impact and not ActiveNet.

Participants can download the iNaturalist app on their phone and set up their account before the program. Phone not required but please be aware you will be paired with someone who does have a phone.

Dress for the weather. Program takes place outdoors on uneven, unpaved trails.
