Powerful Tools for Caregiver

The Powerful Tools for Caregivers Program is comprised of 90-minute classes for 6 weeks offering a supportive environment for caregivers. The program is designed to promote self-care for caregivers by providing tools to better manage stress and to improve communication skills.
