Description
Powerful Tools for Caregiver
The Powerful Tools for Caregivers Program is comprised of 90-minute classes for 6 weeks offering a supportive environment for caregivers. The program is designed to promote self-care for caregivers by providing tools to better manage stress and to improve communication skills. Book and helpful resources will be provided.Facilitator: Kim Flash and Margaret Fries*Please note there will be no class on Friday, July 4th.
