Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress/anxiety through touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. All sessions are done in a chair. Presented by Sharon Burns, RN, BSN Ma, Holistic Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner Healing Touch Instructor. Appointments available Wednesdays 10am- noon.
