Description
Learn about the connection between nature and emotional health. This class includes education and conversation about this connection, as well as gentle outdoor activities such as strolling and quiet reflecting (accessible to all levels of ability). Participants will develop tools and skills to support good coping, gain perspective, and make sense of the passage of time and life events.
