Pop Dance Fit Party integrates movements from your favorite pop hits. Each song has its own unique routine that is easy to follow and burns calories. Weights are incorporated for focused strength work. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Beginners are especially encouraged. You’ll be groovin’, grindin’, bumpin’, and sweatin’. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
